Helped in a Crunch
I am a website designer and I finished an online store for a client but most of her products displayed as "out of stock". I could not figure out what to do and we were set to launch in 24 hours. I contacted the customer support and Jay Ann not only showed me how to make the changes I needed she helped me make the bulk change instantly.
