Good customer service in Live Chat. Some suggestions for improvement overall.
Natalia did a good job of trying to help me with my issue. She ended up needing to make a ticket because she was unable to resolve it, but that was fine. I have a couple of recommendations for the chat/ticket service overall. It would be helpful if the chat box could be minimized so you can still see the screen without leaving the chat, as i've accidentally ended the chat several times in attempt to minimize it.
