Great Customer Service
My account was frozen on a tutorial page on how to add my store to my AutoDS account, and I quickly asked for help through the live chat option, and Stelios from the contact support team immediately started helping me out with this issue. We ended up solving the issue and I am now able to use my AutoDS account all thanks to the great customer support service team from AutoDS.

Timely response from the support team
Timely response from the support team, with a variety of options to try and fix my problem. they made me feel like they cared about my problem, they didn't just answer and then disappear, they checked in with me to make sure that everything worked out. Liked the fact that it was a real person dealing with my problem not just a selection of buttons that you hope you get right to get your answer to your problem the first round through.
