It was easy to connect to customer…
It was easy to connect to customer service via chat. I discovered that using a laptop doesn't show the same features as a desktop. I couldn't edit the price or description using a laptop...wondering why Auto DS would force users to use a desktop...The customer service rep was helpful in deleting one of my products that was in my draft folder..since I didn't have access to a desktop (just using my laptop)..
