*Customer service is thorough
*update* Dorina was wonderful to work with *update* In contact with AutoDS rep and she has been great. Waiting for my refund to clear and I will give the company a full five stars. Purchased a trial, didn’t get very far in my test of the service- forgot to cancel before trial ended and was charged the yearly amount with no ability to contact customer service or get a refund 24/7 chat support is a joke. Once I did cancel - now have no access to account to contact for any refund
