Fast Customer Service
Fast Customer Service I was dealing with an order issue and needed it to be resolved withen my stores three day handling time. I sent them a question about how to resolve it and they sent me an answer withen ten hours. I had had another question previously and the same thing happend. Quick great service!

I took the trial period of this software. I don't know how to use it, so I always use live chat calls. I am satisfied with all live chat employees except one person. I can get direct answers to the questions I ask. They even share screenshots to make it easier for me to understand. she is a person that I am not happy with, she never answers directly, she always sends links that are irrelevant to the question I asked.
