We have a dedicated QA/QC team that runs the platform and since them starting with the project, they have done a great job getting everyone trained up on how to use the program and follow through on issues through closure.

There are so many different types of reports that can be generated. Just find the one that satisfies your needs and away you go. Our clients design team were initially skeptical but they have embraced it wholeheartedly. That in itself is telling you it works! The ability to create site diaries on the ipad is also a great benefit. ...
