BIM for Preconstruction

What do you like best? I like how fast it can process file compares, opening and marking up documents, and being able to tie Navisworks with Glue so that we can all make updates to the model without overwriting each other. I like how easy it is to edit the permissions in Docs and add and rename files and folders.
