Would never go back to paper.
What do you like best? I love that I have the prints at me finger tips. I can study from anywhere. And having the model is so helpful. What do you dislike? The scale function needs some work. I don’t know if it’s just set up on this job wrong or what. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Layout issues, and getting punch lists right from the architect with pictures.
