Lots of potential but lacking documentation

What do you like best? I can work remotely without worrying about connecting to the server What do you dislike? Lack of documentation. For example The first project we used it with collaborating with another achitecture firm it took a long time to find / get help from autodesk on best practice. Such as how to you manage families and shared param files in a cloud project What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple collaboration in different locations

What do you dislike? the disconnectivity of all the modules - they are all over the place, so you have to know for sure where you are going and what you are clicking on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration over longer distances. Seems to work quite well.
