Good Base, Needs Improvement
What do you like best? Cloud based, real time access to information. Issues tracking is robust. What do you dislike? Lacking features in next gen product. Need to mirror the reporting and equipment and daily log capabilities that existed in the Classic Field experience Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you evaluate what you want to use if for. Classic Field is still better for some use cases above next gen What problems are you solving with the ...

A cloud platform that works.

Difficult to use and understand, too many options
What do you like best? Can be useful if all stakeholders are educated What do you dislike? Far too many options, not enough education or training, can be confusing to use (too many areas for permissions, project admins don't fully understand how to use) Recommendations to others considering the product: Provide better training and documentation about best practices to all users What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None right now

What do you like best? I like everything about BIM 360, the UX is amazing. The version management, the architecture of permissions, the apps for ipad What do you dislike? The lack of integration of Business intelligence. I'd love to have a report on the project status at the project dashboard. I also suggest that on the ipad, ,the validation to login could be with Face ID. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Document control, ...
