What do you like best? Transparency, cloud based solution for multi-office practice, fast, easy to setup. What do you dislike? Onboarding process for new users requires too many steps ie - need a license, need permissions, need invite What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? live linking with external stakeholders, desktop connector for non integrated stakeholder is perfect. project timeline. What do you dislike? Collaboration package is a really good idea but requires a little bit of tweaking (automatic packaging just like publish). What do you like best? Customers can access models share documents very easy and from anywhere. What do you dislike? I dis like the DOCS version compare. It is very hard to keep track of which version you have uploaded. To use the feature you must keep the file name the same.
