What do you like best? Authorize.net has a very good API available making it easy to run a charge, and later go in and convert it to a recurring subscription. If a customer's card is declined, you can try charging it again whenever you want until it goes through. What do you dislike? You have to pay a monthly fee. You need a new account (and double the fees if you want to process more than one currency. You have to pay for a gateway, and you need a merchant processor. There are ...

Slow customer support
What do you like best? The up time is generally stable and there does not seem to have other option there What do you dislike? we had a few instances that we need customer support because of service interuption. of course as a ecommerce merchant, they are emergency for us and would like their support to resolve the issues right away. Easy to use and friendly customer support
What do you like best? I can easily see all the transactions even it was declined and error What do you dislike? Not too easy to find all this functions and there are not many video to show it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There was not a problem and we just switched a merchant since Google Wallet is no longer available

What do you like best? Their API is simple, straight-forward, and well documented. They integrate with most shopping cart software now, like Magento. What do you dislike? I cannot say I dislike anything. They are a processor, plain and simple. Every once in a while I'd get a strange error code with Discover cards, but I just needed to program around it. What do you like best? Seamless integration with various ecommerce cms' Also seems to be the most widely used payment solutions. For what it is, Authorize.net is a great platform, payments go through well, there are plenty of fraud protection settings and a lot of verification methods for cards. What do you dislike?
