Easy For New Merchants to Navigate and Use
So far, Authorize.net has delivered adequate service. I am a new business owner and am just starting, but I find their merchant interface easy to use. I added the CIM and feel it's reasonably priced and easy to use as well. As simple as it sounds, one of my favorite things about the entire site is that there are always tabs I can click on for directions or an explanation of whatever I am looking at.
