Auth0 is powerful if you read and understand their documentation carefully.

What do you like best? Largely very reliable, and very extensible via a well thought out extensibility model. Their custom rules and web-hooks are by far the best feature of their product offering. What do you dislike? They have had 2 outages in the last year. This is per se not bad, but both were lengthy (a bit > 1 hour each). What do you like best? Responsiveness of the auth0 support team and overall easy of use once the integration has been completed. What do you dislike? We use only a small subset of auth0 features and often product updates do not affect us, yet we must still shepherd, monitor, and test upgrades to the product that do no affect the features we're using.
