Lack of accountability

I kept a few different cryptocurrencies in this wallet, then one day all of my coins disappeared. Apparently they were compromised on their end and Atomic asked us to email them with all lost coins. I never received a reply from them. I messaged them about once a month just to get an update and never received one. After about 9 months I gave up, this wallet is bad business. Whoever the person were from atomic wallet or I don't know. The man bombarded with calls all day probably around 50 times from all sorts of number. Kept on telling him to stop calling am at work the man Carried on until I had to switch off my phone. Can't trust such behaviour 👎🏾

It got down to where I had a little under 20 bucks left.
