Ticketing and billing made easier

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Atera can do so many things! It can function as: (1) ticketing system; (2) monitoring and maintenance system; and (3) automatic installer and updater! What aspects are problematic or could work better? The notification/alert system of the app whenever the server goes offline can be improved. It's alerting us too much at the moment even if it's just a blip on the network. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH I.T. SERVICES.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? NONE, everything was overshadowed by their incompetence in billing correctly and access, including sluggish access. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Correct billing (not billing for antivirus software not used), access, everything about customer support (delay, if any response to requests, took them weeks to reply, never resolved issues, etc.) worst service ever. Atera is perfect for IT Management and I like that is in constant development

What do you like best? Atera is easy to use and that combined with their great RMM features it makes the software a great experience. Monitoring networks and IT projects is easy and its all SaaS-based. Atera has a powerful design with powerful tools that can monitor multiple servers and it has one of the best IT automations. Solid RMM product at a reasonable price

What do you like best? No per device pricing like most other RMM offerings What do you dislike?
