I tested several platforms and liked Atatus the most
What do you like best? The UI is very simple and clean. It was very easy to get setup with a short time-to-value. What do you dislike? There isn't anything in particular I didn't like. Useful tool for app monitoring
What do you like best? Atatus helped us to identify bottlenecks and not optimized queries we sent to our database in our application. It was very helpful for us because we got an overall look at what the application is doing through the request lifecycle. We could analyze precisely the execution of the most frequent requests and optimize not so well written logic (queries, synchronous actions, etc.). What do you dislike? Great Product with Great Customer Service!
What do you like best? Atatus continues to deliever useful features based on customer feedback. When we first started using atatus, we needed features to help us get more visibility in our software and emailed their support team to check if our requests were possible. Atatus' support team has been responsive and gave visibility into their timeline of requested features. Enables Proactive Customer Support

Atatus provides an awesome product that allows us to not only track errors in our website, but also track session information so we can trace how these errors are occurring and which users. great alternative to the "big onese", but fully loaded with features and fast UI

Good to know what is happening on your system
What do you like best? Atatus helped me to check what was making my system slow and where I should focus my maintenance What do you dislike? Sometimes I didn't find what was causing the slow requests on my server What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Slow queries and calls to my web service. It shows you where you need to fix this kind of issues

much easier to setup than new relic and datadog
What do you like best? ease of setup. slow requests log, error log breakdown. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. A bit on the expensive side. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visibility to slow requests allows me to prioritize bug fixes and improve my application.

Perfect monitoring for our test sites
What do you like best? It provides pretty efficient monitoring and analysis for some web applications What do you dislike? Error tracking feature is not as detailed as I would like to have What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this primarily for tracking beta website endpoints and determine the traffic rates to understand what needs to be revised before moving into production
