What do you like best? The best thing about Assembly is how easy it is to use! I love the feature of how we can give special badges to coworkers who have gone above and beyond with helping me with things related to the workplace. It's a good motivator and reminder to support each other and receive something in return. It only takes a minute (literally) to give Thanks and send carrots. Highly recommend! What do you dislike? "Great Service! Good for Office Moral"

What do you like best? Assembly is great! Everybody in our office loves it. It is a really good way to improve office moral and makes shoutouts a little extra special. Yes, you should be helping people out regardless of being rewarded but the sense of public recognition throughout the company, not just departments is awesome. "A Fun Way to Motivate and Engage with Coworkers"

What do you like best? I like that I can provide a tangible thanks for my colleagues when they help me out. It's created a lot of camaraderie at work. It's obviously also fun to receive thanks and redeem gift cards for myself. What do you dislike? Right now nothing. I didn't like when they added "small", "medium" and "large" impacts because I thought it cheapened the hard work people do, but they've gotten rid of the quantifiers and just have default amounts and I like that much ...
