What do you like best? NPS segmentation and automation is a big plus for our team, since it allows us to get user feedback on specific features as they are deployed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that I can receive automatic updates any time that a new review comes in- the real-time feedback is very helpful when planning service objectives. What do you like best? Easy to set up and use. We've been getting some great feedback from our users as a result of AskNicely. We trigger NPS responses based on timelines and/or activity in Intercom. I love seeing the NPS responses flowing into Slack. Also, we are using Zapier to send the responses to a Google spreadsheet so that we can follow up on any issues that are raised or get clarification on something that was said. What do you dislike? "Simple, easy and fast! "

What do you like best? how easy it is!! In 2 clicks our customers have told us what they think of us, and how we can improve (if applicable). What do you dislike? Its not free :) but then nothing good like this is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is saving us time, in not having to collate NPS emails we send out, and calculate the score ourselves.

What do you like best? Love the intercom integrations and contextual responses. What do you dislike? The UI could be easier when you start out but you quickly get used to it.
