"Easy-to-use and great staff"
What do you like best? AskNicely is a great software tool for collecting NPS. The software is easy-to-use and provides helpful insight for our customer success team. The staff is really friendly and always there to help! I would recommend 100 percent. What do you dislike? I wish I could get my review response rate as high as my NPS response rate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting more reviews and gathering NPS from our customers.

"Easy, effective way to implement NPS"
What do you like best? Setup was super easy and I love the simple integration with Salesforce, as well as Slack to post responses in real-time. What do you dislike? Some of the dashboard/reporting features aren't the most user-friendly, but I can get what I need and mostly use reporting out of Salesforce. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Ease of use, able to capture exactly what you're looking for. What do you dislike? Could have a more depth/granularity of data, but that might counteract the positives.... "nice interface, easy api, excellent support, solid interface."
What do you like best? the api has saved me tons of work. support has been great getting back to me when I've had questions, even if they are not the smartest ones :) the interface is really nice and stable What do you dislike?
