What do you like best? Love the look and ease of use. Contact upload and categorizing was very easy. Response rate What do you dislike? For my company, the pricing structure is a challenge. "Crisp, Easy, Great Results"

What do you like best? allows me to see customer feedback, evaluate the NPS, and create reports that allow our team to draw valuable business insights. What do you dislike? the UI is a little clunky and it can be hard to find the exact info that I am looking for. Could be a little me smoother. What problems are you solving with the product?
