The customer support was also very helpful as well when we had questions / technical issues during the initial set-up. Additionally, the dashboard is very user friendly and easy to navigate. "Easy to use NPS solution"
What do you like best? The set up was super fast and everything is included. You do not need to be technical to set up the emailing. And you can connect the tool with Mailchimp. What do you dislike?
