"Trial Made Easy"

What do you like best? The seamless trial onboarding made testing out this product very easy and enjoyable. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike at this early stage of use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer feedback is critical but often difficult to solicit. AskNicely makes designing, shipping and tracking surveys super easy.

"Valuable product for our business"

What do you like best? Detractors usually raise issues that they wouldn't otherwise contact us to report, helping us continue to improve our product. "Ease of use is the key"

What do you like best? Simple, intuitive UX, easy of use when it comes to creating surveys. What do you dislike? Lack of the possibility to tag conversations (at least on the cheaper plan). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We managed to act on the feedback from the surveys to improve our tool. What's been important to us is the automation of the NPS process (integration with other tools) which we successfully realized with Ask Nicely.

"Simple and effective"

What do you like best? It's clean, simple and it works. I love that users don't have to click a link that will take them to another page. Instead they can answer the question directly from the email message. I also love knowing who answered, who saw it, and who has not opened it. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular. "Easy to use NPS Platform"

What do you like best? Intuitive design, super simple set up. The segmentation feature is extremely helpful. What do you dislike? Would like to have a follow up email sent for un-opens. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using this to get quick and consistent feedback without having to set up something like a SurveyMonkey.

What do you like best? My main concern in my role is making sure our customer's are happy. AskNicely helps us get feedback in a simple, streamlined way, that we'd not get without the integration of their service.
