What do you like best? The simplicity of the setup was astounding. What do you dislike? I only measure NPS every 6 months and we are an enterprise startup, so I don't have a need to gather NPS on a continual basis. "Best NPS software out there"

What do you like best? Super simple to use and integrates perfect with Hubspot What do you dislike? I wish it was a bit less expensive, I think the middle plan is perfect but $200/mo seems excessive for anyone with less than 100 customers. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The customer facing side of this software is excellent. The user interface is clean and organized. Reviewing responses, and the way they are presented is ideal. What do you dislike? It can be hard to find certain things. You might think you are back on the main dashboard when you are actually still viewing your data through a filter. "Excellent customer service , fantastic product"

What do you like best? Firstly, I'm using AskNicely because I think the product is great. But what tipped me over the edge from an 8 to a 10 was the customer service. I have an a-typical use case and their CX team bent over backwards to make it work for me. I was super impressed What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how clean and straight-forward AskNicely is to use! We've tried various ways of sending surveys in the past, and AskNicely is far and away the best. From tracking responses and NPS scores, every bit of data I would ever need is right at my fingertips and the site is super easy to navigate.
