What do you like best? Far more granular than other products available. We had previously been rating CSAT on a Good/Bad scale, which wasn't giving us the details needed, and wasn't allowing the customer to really rate their experience. What do you like best? It is simple to get started. It took only a few minutes to get a completely customized set of surveys out the door. Once running, it is easy to enhance your surveys with dashboard tools. What do you dislike? They bill via a credit card and my bank charges me an international fee.
