What do you like best? AskNicely is a simple platform to get a pulse on what customers say about you. The NPS calculation rewards really good scores so having a high NPS is telling. If we see a low NPS score, we have the ability to respond or follow up directly with the customer. There are also lots of ways to analyze responses.
