What do you like best? Have been using AskNicely to monitor NPS for +two years now. Have it fully integrated with our sync database so it's basically set it and forget it. What do you like best? I like the fact that it’s easy to setup and use. What do you dislike? I had trouble with certain segments and wasn’t able to remove after adding. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to get feedback on a CRM. It helps us make improvements based on the feedback we get.

"Easy to use and very helpful tool"

What do you like best? I like the easiness of the program. You can start small and then extend your needs when you grow bigger. We also like how easy it is to implement new people in to the system. What do you like best? AskNicely is a simple platform to get a pulse on what customers say about you. The NPS calculation rewards really good scores so having a high NPS is telling. What do you like best? Our CS Rep at AskNicely is always prompt to respond and sends through ideas on how to increase our engagement! They genuinely care! What do you dislike?
