What do you like best? Easy to use, and tons of juicy data. Real-time reports on what our customers are saying! What do you dislike? Nothing that comes to mind at the moment. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives our entire organization a shared goal with measurable outcomes. It has allowed us to address quality interactions with members with a laser focus.

What do you like best? That it's an easy to use platform that allows you to interact with customers about their experiences. It's easy to acknowledge positive feedback as well as respond directly to detractors to help repair and build on the customer relationship. What do you dislike? "Easy to use tool"
What do you like best? I like how easy AskNicely is to use and how straightforward the dashboard is. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that they cancelled their startup offer which resulted in us being limited in the number of segments we could create. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you can afford it :-) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Setup is a breeze: writing your message, importing your audience, setting up the scheduler - all those things are child's play. I wanted to get a first impression and overview of what I would have to do to get started; less than an hour later, everything was complete. This is impressively quick. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Have been using AskNicely to monitor NPS for +two years now. Have it fully integrated with our sync database so it's basically set it and forget it.
