What do you like best? I love how we can track our agent's likes and dislikes. We know what to continue doing and we know what we have to spend more time on improving. What do you dislike? There's nothing that I dislike. I can see results and comments on our services and customer expectations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It’s most helpful to bridge communication gap’s and schedule follow up meetings. What do you dislike? .If someone has never heard of us and they use a zero only because they don’t have anything to report on Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it!!
