What do you like best? AskNicely's Intercom integration is fantastic. It means no work as we add new customers to our system... if they match the Intercom segment criteria, they are automatically added into the survey. The constant validation by our users that our product is fantastic is well worth the money. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Integrates well with our CRM (Copper) via Zapier, so we have totally automated workflow.
