Good tool, horrible customer service and ridiculous pricing
I've been using Asana for over four years and was responsible to get everybody onboard in my organization. The tool is good: flexible and fun, and updates and tweaks make working with it great.However, I felt dissapointed when they implemented a smart but expensive new tier (Business, which costs three times the premium service.
