Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Great Tool for Multi-taskers
What do you like best? I like being able to have all my tasks for any given project laid out for me in list and calendar views, with deadlines and all. You can also clearly see which project each task is assigned to, when the deadline is, and anyone that is working on or waiting on completion of the task. What do you dislike? One downside I've encountered is only being allowed to assign one team member to a task. Recommendations to others considering the product Definitely sit down ...

Asana Review
What do you like best? Asana is helpful once you learn all of its nuances because it sends reminders, and has a free flowing list of all the responsibilities a user puts in it. I also put in my personal stuff, it makes organizing my day a bit easier. What do you dislike? How easy it is to delete tasks, I wish they would pause for a moment when deleting a task with sub tasks especially Recommendations to others considering the product Just have some time set aside to use the ...

Track your project's progress and succeed
What do you like best? Great interface and good collaboration tools. ASANA sends the appropriate reminders and necessary doc to the team members on a weekly base while also reminds me on a daily basis about my overdue or upcoming tasks. It is nicely integrated with my google calendar and helps me track the progress of our deliverables in every project. I have one platform to collaborate many different teams. What do you dislike? Perhaps they could do with slightly improved graphics ...

Great for keeping the team organized
What do you like best? We can sort marketing orders that come in through Google forms for all of our team to see and prioritize. What do you dislike? The only thing is projects show up very small on the calendar so I have to expand the view, but there are other views to work around this. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We receive 5-15 marketing orders from agents a day, so we're able to keep track of all of our orders in one ...

Fairly easy to understand and use, but can become overwhelming with all the options available.
What do you like best? I like that there is a significant amount of control over what is included in the description and the breakdown of tasks. The visualization is also extremely easy on the eyes, and it is enjoyable to use. What do you dislike? I dislike how complicated recording a task can become. With the vast number of options, it becomes overwhelming for the average user. Even in simply avoiding the options altogether, it does not make the task easier to create. Perhaps ...
