What do you like best? Tasks are super easy to assign and viewing/checking off tasks. What do you dislike? Not the best communications - had to use slack for better communications. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How to better monitor employee work and assign tasks. No more micromanaging!

Great project management tool, meets my needs, but has some kinks

What do you like best? This is a great tool for small teams and for organizing work across multiple teams. Calendar views of a project are really helpful. UI is pretty good (best I've seen, but has some areas that could be better. Assigning, commenting, and following projects/tasks is really easy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Where to start...I love everything about Asana! But I think the best part is how easy it is to use.
