What do you like best? Asana offers better communication within groups. I can create tasks and sub-tasks. Asana also gives me the option to delegate the tasks to my team, and it has helped us increase the productivity of our teams. Started out okay, every update makes it worse

What do you like best? I like that you can check off and assign tasks and that you can comment on each task that’s created. What do you dislike? Asana is getting very confusing and it seems that every time they update it the layout gets harder to navigate. Good tool, horrible customer service and ridiculous pricing

I've been using Asana for over four years and was responsible to get everybody onboard in my organization. The tool is good: flexible and fun, and updates and tweaks make working with it great.However, I felt dissapointed when they implemented a smart but expensive new tier (Business), which costs three times the premium service. What do you like best? Asana is great to collect as many ideas as I want, and eventually, form a project with all those ideas that I've previously gathered.
