I accidentally subscribed to the wrong plan. But it was really easy to get through to help chat and switch the plan.

Helped with false Copyright violation from Vimeo
Vimeo's AI bot discovered a piece of music I had licensed five years earlier via Artlist. Decided somehow it was not mine and threatened to remove or make private the video. I appealed, and artlist apparently backed me up....because the video was never removed from Vimeo.

Another EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Experience!
Artlist continues to be #1 in my book. I had a specific question related to my Max Pro account. Not only did an Artlist representative get back to me right away, but also, took the time to ask the right questions and provided me with the information that I needed.This has been my experience with Artlist since day 1. I definitely believe that the Artlist assets and tools are top of the line, but the exemplary customer service makes them even more perfect in my eyes!

Return User Bonus
Longtime user. Left to do client work fulltime. The client handled the subscription fee, but my contract ended with that client and am now back to freelancing. Returned to my own Artlist sub on a yearly plan and they generously offered me 2 extra months. It was great to see and appreciated!
