Subscription Issue Solved
Although I was unable to "speak" to a live representative, I was able to "chat", via computer text with Aileen, who was very patient and willing to help resolve my issue.I had just subscribed to Artlist, believing I was getting Music and AI Voiceover. Unfortunately I mistakenly selected the Voiceover option only. Aileen was willing to cancel my subscription but instead provided several options, that allowed me to have a Music subscription after all, without paying for a more expensive plan.

Great Support and Value
I had faced a payment issue and the Banking system was at fault. It took 5 days for the bank to reverse the payment. During these 5 days, I was in constant touch with the support team. They were extremely patient and cooperative and answered all my queries during this time and assured further support if required. This was a big help for me. Thanks to every one involved in this transaction. Will highly recommend Artlist. Also, the music selection is great and suits my various Youtube vlogs ...

Excellent products and services - a must for any serious video production company
I'm an Artlist Max Pro user and love their products and services. I use most of their products to enhance my video production services, and now using their AI image and video tools, which are amazing. If you haven't tried to use them yet, I would highly recommend it.
