The Articulate team is one of the most proactive and aware companies I have dealt with. They are constantly seeing to upgrade and improve their products. They are constantly available online to assist with issues and questions. They have multiple opportunities for viewing and testing their products. They are taking advantage of others who have mastered their product in various areas and therefore are an exceptional customer service oriented organization!

The user interface is very intuitive. If you have some experience with Microsoft Office PowerPoint starting will be very easy. If you want to create advanced interactions Articulate Storyline 2. As a user of Articulate products you can also learn a lot from the Articulate community. No matter if you want to shorten your learning curve or get an answer to a question. The community spreads their knowledge about various E-Learning topics.
