"Solves a problem every company director has"
What do you like best about Archbee? It's very simple to use, yet has all the functionality we need What do you dislike about Archbee? Minor, but I would like the tags to be alphabetically listed or by theme. This would improve the time to tag those documents together. This is a good and bad thing. You can only store very lightweight documentation in the system, for example, videos. This has plenty of plus points such as keeping costs low but it does mean more time is spent on occasions by ...

"Best I have used."
What do you like best about Archbee? There are many features about archebee that make it alot better than the average wiki. One of the most helpful for what I have used is the Callouts and checklists. This ensures you can focus on what is needed for the reader. The integrations are also excellent. What do you dislike about Archbee? At the start there is a little confusion between workspace and knowledge spaces . However, to use this, you need to commit. There could be a better ...

"Solid platform"
What do you like best about Archbee? The UI/UX is clean, beautiful and extremely well thought. The software is fast, and enjoyable, the editor powerful and effective. What do you dislike about Archbee? I didn't have any issues with the software. Waiting for the dark mode which is on the roadmap and would like to create documents through Android/ioS apps. What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you? Project documentation. Organizeand retrieve information.

"A place for everything and everything in its place"
What do you like best about Archbee? 1. Ability to create, refine and reorder random thoughts and info snippets in a centralized location. 2.The ability to then publish and share these documents with selected user groups or individuals on an "as needed' basis is particularly useful 3. The simplicity and versatility of the interface What do you dislike about Archbee? Nothing to dislike at this point. Existing features all work well Recommendations to others considering Archbee: Simple, easy ...

"Perfect for documenting and note organization"
What do you like best about Archbee? I love being able to organize all my projects and workspaces with sub-folders. Each document has robust features to pull in different types of content types. You can easily create new documents, collaborate on those docs with team members. You can share a space either publicly or privately. This can be used as a way to collaborate with clients and team members as well as create a public facing knowledge base. What do you dislike about Archbee? Sometimes ...

"Great for companies that need documentation, both for internal and external use!"
What do you like best about Archbee? Archbee is simple to use, and has been a lifesaver for my company. I have used it with my small team to create our coding standards, and explain why we did certain things the way we did. I can create easy to use documentations on the fly, and can always edit them if need to. I can also create teams, and make documents private/public. It also has many great features such as: 1. Making notes and drafts 2. Useful templates (or create your own) 3. Tags 4. ...
