What do you like best about ArboStar? Incredibly easy to use, feature-rich, and works great on both my PC and my iPhone. The built-in GPS features are second to none and make the actual work so much more accurate. You can literally mark individual trees on the app, eliminating any confusion when it comes to getting the work done.

What do you like best about ArboStar? ArboStar has a lot of ways that it can automate my daily tasks. This alone, for me has been a game-changer. I no longer have to send out each individual email and SMS message to my clients. I no longer have to remember which invoices still need to be sent, and which clients I haven't spoken to in a while. Everything is done within the app, and so much can be set up automatically.

PROS: ArboStar has helped to streamline our business process and we're also able to automate a ton of tasks. Their mobile app works well and helps our fieldworkers do their jobs. I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for solid scheduling/dispatching/whatever-you-need software.

PROS: ArboStar helps automate a lot of repetitive tasks in the business process and there's no more double entry since it syncs with Quickbooks! Honestly, it's a tool that every arborist business should use. If you own a tree care company and want to make your life a heck of a lot easier, give it a try.

PROS: As a fieldworker, i will say that ArboStar has one of the best mobile apps that you will find out there. The interface is top-notch, clean, and easy to navigate. You can log in once you are at the job site and log out when you are done. It also shows your schedules and gives you the opportunity to communicate with office employees.

PROS: It was great that our estimators were able to input all the necessary details to build up the invoice at the job site. The GPS and Live map features are also great. They let us know where our field team was at all times and if they were still running on schedule so we could call customers if we needed to inform them of any delays.

PROS: ArboStar has a fairly intuitive layout and search function. Once the customer list is loaded, you can view all jobs relating to individual customers, upload photos, set up future services, and easily move calls between technicians. This is a great program to start with when moving away from an antiquated platform (paper, Excel, etc.).
