What do you like best about ArboStar? Excellent report generation. It pulls financial data from the other modules and auto-populates the reports module with said data, allowing for easier and more accurate reports free from human error. This makes it a breeze to generate any and all reports that I think might be useful and might steer the company in a better financial direction. These reports have also shown us where we're overspending and where we can trim the fat to save on expenses.

PROS: Previously, our company only used catch-all software that was designed to handle every industry. I never knew that the same type of software is out there for the tree-care industry. Making the switch was great, as having software specific to the tree-care niche gives us access to tools we didn't previously have. Things like fleet management and HR issues are obviously specific to the tree-care industry, so having software that's specific to those issues allows us to be so much more ...

What do you like best about ArboStar? App has made my job a lot easier. I show up on-site, and there are GPS-tagged pictures of the trees with descriptions of what exactly needs doing. No more second-guessing if I'm removing the wrong tree. Now I can just show up on-site and do the job. It also makes it super easy to contact other team members as well as keep track of all our vehicles. Very pleased with this app.

What do you like best about ArboStar? This app makes it a breeze to send messages to potential and current clients. I am no more messing with calendars and schedules, figuring out when to send messages to which customer. Everything can be automated to send my texts and emails to whom I want when I want. PROS: I love the auto-estimate feature. It learns what types of estimates you have made in the past, and auto-suggest an estimate that you can tweek if you find it too high or too low. This has taken a lot of the guesswork out of the situation, as often the estimate is dead-on. The pipeline from initial estimate to work orders is also very efficient. PROS: ArboStar enabled us to scale up the business really quick and offers us excellent tracking for billing, communication, and customer service. CONS: There are no issues or downside for my company. We have been using ArboStar for quite some time now and it is really awesome. They also have great customer service.
