An overview of my personal experience with ArboStar

PROS: ArboStar has a lot of ways that it can automate my daily tasks. This alone for me has been a game changer. I no longer have to send out each individual email and sms message to my clients, I no longer have to remember which invoices still need to be sent, and which clients I haven't spoken to in a while. PROS: Allows me to generate all manners of reports, custom-tailored to my exact needs. Has excellent analytics as well that allow me to really present a concrete image of where our company is headed. CONS: Haven't encountered any major issues. It took me a while to get used to it from using QuickBooks, but once I did, it was worth it, as it's specific to the tree-care industry.

What do you like best about ArboStar? It really helps me to make estimates quickly and easily and send them down the pipeline. I especially like the auto-estimate feature, as it's bang-on a lot more often than I would have thought.

My experience

PROS: This platform helps us automate tasks like estimation and invoicing which would otherwise be very time-consuming. It also provides us with sales and marketing reports, which play a huge role in the future of our company. CONS: My only complaint is that I found the mobile app for ArboStar a bit lacking in terms of features, but this is something that's been improved over the past few months.
