My review

PROS: I love that it handles scheduling, integrates with QuickBooks, and is available to estimators out in the field, and generally makes it very easy for us to stay on top of each stage of a job and each interaction with our customers. The reporting functions of the software are fantastic! It's very helpful to know the dollar amounts of scheduled work. Creating estimates is very easy and smooth.

PROS: The ArboStar platform has seamless workflow capabilities. It allows me to take customer information from the initial call and create estimates, work orders, and invoices. This ensures that the workflow is fast and error-free. Using this software, I can handle more workload and work with many more customers.

PROS: The ArboStar platform has many useful features. It can communicate with many third-party apps and programs, reducing the workload of employees. Every single customer service representative I have interacted with has been top-notch and incredibly helpful.

ArboStar system is user friendly

PROS: I have been using the ArboStar system for last few months. It is very positive as it makes my job much easier. CONS: It helps you manage your day to day tasks with minimal effort. It's easy to keep track of payroll as the system notifies you daily.

It pins jobs to my map automatically, allowing me to quickly email or call customers based on their map location, making customer communication a breeze. This has made each day much more productive, as I can plan my jobs in the most efficient way possible by zipping between leads, jobs, and estimates in the most efficient way possible.

Game changer for tree companies! Worth it!

PROS: This software is incredibly powerful! I can create estimates and send them to our clients anytime, anywhere. I don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t have to spend much time writing estimates because the system has a feature to create a template so you can just modify it for each customer. I can also send the estimate to the client by email using the system! How it works is just so amazing plus the people who are working for Arbostar are very reliable.
