What do you like best about ArboStar? We love the ease of use, It has a search bar that you can search for your in customer several different ways. The customer can be emailed/ texted via the platform. This software actually replaced three others that we were using. Their tech support is out of this world with helping when needed.

What do you like best about ArboStar? We love the ease of use, It has a search bar that you can search for your in customer several different ways. PROS: ArboStar allows me to be able to schedule things in multiple ways for different applications. Searching for a customer is really easy as well. The daily function of entering orders is so easy and convenient that our in store customers don't have a long wait time for me to create the order.

PROS: Very user-friendly and support is top-notch. It provides our business with all the features needed for success and more. CONS: Any issues I've had with the program have main issues on my end, I would urge any new user to watch the training videos. That was my main issue

Review

PROS: ArboStar allows me to be able to schedule things in multiple ways for different applications. Searching for a customer is really easy as well. The daily function of entering orders is so easy and convenient that our in store customers don't have a long wait time for me to create the order.

My Review for personal experience

PROS: ArborStar keeps steps simple for efficiency and ease of use. Their staff has always treated me well, addressing all my concerns and fast responses. CONS: The biggest I have with this platform is not being able to do any accounting, invoicing, deposits from Mobile Estimator. There is no good way to access any of this information while I am out in the field.

PROS: It saves me so much time, it allows the estimators to do estimates right form their devices in the field instead of texting me and having me type them up. We actually tried Servsuite first, and ArboStar is hands down a better company and software program!

What do you like best about ArboStar? The amount of options at hand is abundant. It’s so nice not to be limited when scheduling customers and creating their profiles. It cuts out time in half, if not more, being able to customize our program to fit our needs. It’s been about a month now using the program, and I couldn’t be happier.
