What do you like best about ArboStar? ArboStar has a fairly intuitive layout and searches function. Once the customer list is loaded, you can view all jobs relating to individual customers, upload photos, set up future services, and easily move calls between technicians. This is a great program to start with when moving away from an antiquated platform (paper, Excel, etc.).

PROS: Synchronization with Quickbooks Online. Basic functions are easy to use. Adaptable to your company's needs (custom fields and reports, etc). Directions/maps are integrated into each customer's location for quickly planning your day's journey.

What do you like best about ArboStar? We love the ease of use, It has a search bar that you can search for your in customer several different ways. The customer can be emailed/ texted via the platform. This software actually replaced three others that we were using. Their tech support is out of this world with helping when needed.

PROS: ArboStar allows me to be able to schedule things in multiple ways for different applications. Searching for a customer is really easy as well. The daily function of entering orders is so easy and convenient that our in store customers don't have a long wait time for me to create the order.
