Switching to ArboStar was one of the best decisions we made as a growing tree service. The CRM is incredibly organized, and having all our leads, notes, and communications in one place has saved us hours every week.

It is user-friendly

It is user-friendly, self-explanatory and very well thought and well implemented. It truly saves time and I like most about it is that it makes it easy to follow the tread of actions: from adding the client and adding the payments in the system, also the system helps to correct it. Due to Arbostar, the team knows exactly what has been done. The ability to program e-mails as well as the templates is a time saver. The analytics it provides is very handy. PROS: This platform is absolutely phenomenal at automating tasks. That alone has been a game changer, but that's 1% of what this app offers. There's not enough space on this form to detail even a fraction of its features. If you want a true "do it all" app, this is it.

PROS: Very helpful to our financial reporting and record keeping. The financial side of the app, which is only one facet of what the platform offers, is like an industry-specific QuickBooks, and also supports QuickBooks integration (and a bunch more) if that's what you need. Very helpful.

Experience

PROS: ArboStar has so many features and functions, and after playing with it, to get to know the software, very easy to use. And you can use it on your iPad, which is great with mapping apps and built in gps. CONS: It takes a few tries to get to know the software, which it does with any new piece of equipment. Some of the excel reports might scare you at first, but they can be customized to fit your needs.
