Great software!
What do you like best? Entering employee info and being able to edit hassle free any info that needs to be changed. Also the accompanying Eselfserve for employees. What do you dislike? none. I have had no complaints about the software. The times i had trouble it was user error (myself) and the customer service helped me solve it very quickly. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use APS and ease of navigation. What do you dislike? I can't really think of anything I dislike about APS What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We recently added the Benefits Admin to our package that we see as a huge benefit.

The payroll software you need!
What do you like best? I can quickly search for certain employees on almost any screen without need to get out of what I am doing. I wish other companies utilize this type of search method. What do you dislike? I do not know if I am missing it but I wish we can safe certain settings as a default. I notice other APS programs do the same. What problems are you solving with the product? Excellent Product
What do you like best? Super easy for employees to clock in and out of. Simple and intuitive! Also very simple for admin to operate. The support team is amazing! I cant say that enough. Whether it is small problems or really complicated issues, they are also ways there to help us and answerer our questions!! What do you dislike? What do you like best? You're able to reach someone the exact moment you need them, They thoroughly explain everything so that you understand, they file all payroll taxes for you and they're always so pleasant to speak to. What do you like best? I love that I can email or call anytime and be helped with my problem even when it's a tiny issue. What do you dislike? Great Customer Service!
What do you like best? The customer service is great! The setup was super easy and professional. We switch payroll providers because our previous service messed up our taxes and it was a nightmare to get them fixed. I'm confident that won't happen with APS because their setup was so thorough and their team responds so quickly. What do you dislike?
