What do you like best? This is a very user-friendly payroll system. What do you dislike? I wish we could search for team members in all locations in stead of one at a time. Makes your HR/ PAYROLL department run smoothly.
What do you like best? When working with APS I really enjoy the fact that it tracks time off; sick pay and vacation pay. Which helps because there are times we cant rely on our scheduling system to be accurate. What do you dislike? I would say I dislike how hard it is for our caregivers to log into the system. We constantly get calls on to reset the passwords due to them forgeting it. So instead of them being able to "Forgot password" they always call in. What problems are you ...

Great Customer Service!
What do you like best? The customer service is great! The setup was super easy and professional. We switch payroll providers because our previous service messed up our taxes and it was a nightmare to get them fixed. I'm confident that won't happen with APS because their setup was so thorough and their team responds so quickly. What do you dislike? Amazing Customer Service
What do you like best? I love that I can email or call anytime and be helped with my problem even when it's a tiny issue. What do you dislike? We have been very impressed with APS since our implementation!
What do you like best? APS training before we went live was so helpful. I was able to train all my employees and the 1st payroll was very smooth. The admin site is very user friendly and even when I have a question I can just click the chat now and someone is ready to assist. We also love the e-self serve because it took a manual time-off request process and made it on-line and efficient. What do you dislike?
