Great value for what features are offered.
What do you like best? The support group and sales department are very helpful. They do not have all the features of larger HRIS systems but are growing and developing all the time. Clients feel like they have a say in what features are added. What do you dislike? We have been switched to different support teams a few times over the past 3 years. What do you like best? APS is an all in one payroll service. All you have to do is input employees times and process payroll. They file and submit all taxes for you. Your employees can pull their own paystubs and W2’s from the same account that they use to clock in. Great for commission employees too. I love how easy it is to pull different reports on employees and track their vacation and sick time as well. Helps you remember when annual reviews are due too. They have a quarter of the ...

What do you like best? APS saves us a ton of time on payroll and allows us to keep all personnel records in a very organized fashion. Also love the abundant reporting. The system is very user-friendly. I do not have to wonder around trying to find what I need.
What do you like best? I like the functions of the system and reporting. The interface is clean and neat. It is not over-crowded with information. Also, when I need to run standard reports I am able to access them immediately and even download them into and excel or pdf file. What do you dislike? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME.
What do you like best? I have used APS since July of 2018 and have had very few issues. The software is user friendly. Easy to get around in the system and has all the aspects I need in an HR/Payroll System. What I like best is the Customer Service. You ask a question customer service gives you the answer immediately or they research and find out. They stick with you until you are satisfied with the answer. The Customer Service Shines! Great affordable product with outstanding customer service
What do you like best? Price, service and ease of use are what I like best. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of. APS meets my needs and are very responsive.
