What do you like best? APS saves us a ton of time on payroll and allows us to keep all personnel records in a very organized fashion. Also love the abundant reporting. What do you like best? APS is an all in one payroll service. All you have to do is input employees times and process payroll. They file and submit all taxes for you. Your employees can pull their own paystubs and W2’s from the same account that they use to clock in. Great for commission employees too. The system is very user-friendly. I do not have to wonder around trying to find what I need.
What do you like best? I like the functions of the system and reporting. The interface is clean and neat. It is not over-crowded with information. Also, when I need to run standard reports I am able to access them immediately and even download them into and excel or pdf file. What do you dislike? Great value for what features are offered.
What do you like best? The support group and sales department are very helpful. They do not have all the features of larger HRIS systems but are growing and developing all the time. Clients feel like they have a say in what features are added. What do you dislike? We have been switched to different support teams a few times over the past 3 years. What do you like best? my support team will pick up the phone every single time. What do you dislike? All of it looks good so far that i have not found anything that i dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On line leave slips and employee paystubs and w-2. Also the payment of taxes are always done on a timely basis. the ease of getting information such as deductions and downloading the info into a spreadsheet ia awesome

What do you like best? My account representative is wonderful! She responds quickly and works efficiently to help me to solve any problems. What do you dislike? What do you like best? APS is a very user friendly software. If I ever have any issues my support team at APS is always ready and available to help. What do you like best? Price, service and ease of use are what I like best. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of. APS meets my needs and are very responsive.
