Misleading, in the extreme
I'm so sick of these companies advertising "free" on Google and then essentially forcing you to pay before you try the product. They say "7-days free", but you have to give them payment info before you can activate your "free" account. I think that there should be a special place in the underworld for these companies. (I would attach screenshots if I could)

Divyanshi was very quick, proactive and responsive. Issue was dealt with in a flash. She also made sure I send the issue to support back office team via email, so they could work behind the scenes to check for bigger issues.
