Horrible software AND support
Horrible software AND support! I had the same issue for OVER a year and it's still not resolved, even after escalation. The Google Play store rejects their apps. I couldn't get mine published. Google sent me a littany of issues with the APK files. Also the support focuses more on up-sells instead of fixing the issue and following the tickets until they are resolved.
